I believe that entrepreneurs are characterized by unbridled enthusiasm for their inventions or business, and they jump right in and move mountains to make it happen. They want to drive the business and take it to the next level. My education and experience in corporate intrapreneurship helped me to develop the skills and confidence necessary for me to be a successful businessperson on my own. I knew when I was ready to strike out, and it has been an amazing experience. Why is entrepreneurship important? What is its impact?Entrepreneurs in mid-sized companies are the primary engines driving our economy. These smaller companies often react to opportunities more quickly than many larger ones-if they have the resources to execute effectively, including the capital and management talent to support them. These innovators are especially effective in impacting their local communities by continuously sparking innovation and change. Back |
